An hour practice of Yin and Restorative Yoga, a heart led journaling activity, and a sharing circle as we enter the season of going within.
Benefit from both yin and restorative yoga during this virtual offering. The practice of yin brings stimulation to the fascia and joints of the body through holding postures and utilizing props to help hold the body in an intense yet stable position. Restorative yoga places us in comfortable and fully supported postures, so the nervous system can fully calm and relax. Enjoy the benefits of both styles of yoga as you renew your body, breath, and mind.
Following the hour practice we will take time for a heart led journaling activity and sharing circle. *Sharing optional*
*Please bring at least two pillows, two blankets, and a yoga strap or belt or hand towel, paper & pen. Please be on time so everyone benefits from a full class.
