REST & DIGEST: Yin Restorative Yoga, Journaling, Circle
An hour practice of Yin and Restorative Yoga, a heart led journaling activity, and a sharing circle as we enter the season of going within.
Benefit from both yin and restorative yoga during this virtual offering. The practice of yin brings stimulation to the fascia and joints of the body through holding postures and utilizing props to help hold the body in an intense yet stable position. Restorative yoga places us in comfortable and fully supported postures, so the nervous system can fully calm and relax. Enjoy the benefits of both styles of yoga as you renew your body, breath, and mind.
Following the hour practice we will take time for a heart led journaling activity and sharing circle. *Sharing optional*
*Please bring at least two pillows, two blankets, and a yoga strap or belt or hand towel, paper & pen. Please be on time so everyone benefits from a full class.

Mama Circle
A monthly gathering for mamas to grow themselves in all areas of life, share experiences and tackle motherhood together.
Motherhood can be difficult, and even tougher when it feels like you are doing it all alone. Have you ever felt like there’s no one to share the worries, anxieties, thoughts, and questions with. And sometimes, you just feel OVER things – overwhelmed, overworked, overtired?
Join us at Kindred Circles- a space to find friendship, time for yourself, and enlightenment in the motherhood experience. Each session we'll meet to share about our highs and lows, ask questions, share some food, and allow ourselves the chance to have a little self-care while learning about topics that will enlighten and empower you. Every session will have a specific topic pertaining to motherhood and there will be guest speakers from time to time. (If you would like to be a guest speaker please message Cassandra)
Come as you are - whether it be pajamas, straight from work, with your mom braid or bun - and reclaim a moment for yourself. Together we share, support, and empower each other to reclaim our voices and identities as women first, mothers and partners second.
